HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
- Sweden: 1–4 business days
- EU: 2–5 business days
Important: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. If you’ve accidentally provided a P.O. Box and can’t receive your package, please email us at info@elleryart.com. We can redirect it to a friend or family member instead. Once we have the correct details, we’ll update the shipping information with our carrier so they can change the recipient/address.
HOW LONG WILL DELIVERY TAKE?
- We print and prepare your order within 1–4 business days, depending on our current order volume.
- Shipping then takes 2–10 business days, depending on where you live.
Keep in mind that we print on demand rather than shipping from pre-made stock, which can sometimes add an extra day or two.
HOW ARE THE ARTWORKS SHIPPED?
Fine Art
- If you order only Fine Art prints (without a frame), they will be carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube for protection.
- If you add a frame to your order, the artwork will be delivered professionally framed and ready to hang right out of the box.
Canvas
- Canvas prints are professionally stretched over a wooden frame and arrive ready to hang as soon as you open the package.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
- Send an email to info@elleryart.com to register your return.
- We’ll reply with instructions and the return address.
You are responsible for postage and any applicable customs fees on the return. Please ensure your package is well-protected.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Under Swedish law, you have 14 days from the purchase date to change your mind. We will refund the amount within 14 days after your cancellation, provided the product is returned to us within 14 days. The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
Eligibility for Returns
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- We do not currently provide return shipping labels. All returns must be shipped to our facility in Sweden.
All return-related costs are your responsibility. Contact us at info@elleryart.com to get the address for shipping back your artwork.
Before sending anything back, please contact our support team. Let us know which items you’d like to return and, if possible, why. This helps us open a return request on your behalf.
We do not offer return shipping labels at this time. All returns need to made to our facility in Sweden.
Important: Do not ship returns without first contacting us. If you mail your package to the sender’s address without letting us know, we can’t guarantee your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within several days. We do not accept returns for a change of design.
Partial or No Refund Situations
- Items with clear signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts due to causes not attributable to us
- Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery
- All our fine art prints are sealed. Due to the risk of scratches, fingerprints, and other damage, returns cannot be accepted if the seal is broken
If you are shipping back an item over €60, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
For returned items, an administrative fee of €9 will be charged
Note: We do not accept returns on custom orders or sale items.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom/personalized products. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement product.
EUROPEAN UNION 14 DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without providing a reason. The item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn or unused, in its original packaging, with tags attached—and you should include your receipt or proof of purchase.
REFUNDS
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@elleryart.com. For returned items, an administrative fee of €9 will be charged
WHAT IF THE ORDER IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
- Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
- We’ll cover the shipping cost for a replacement order if your package is confirmed lost. We may ask you to confirm the shipping address and contact your local post office to locate the lost order.
- If tracking shows the package as delivered but you haven’t received it, we cannot reship at our expense. Any replacement in that scenario would be at your own cost.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T COLLECT MY PACKAGE?
If your order is returned to us because you didn’t pick it up, we charge a €50-90 fee depending on country and size. This covers the cost of shipping to and from you, plus handling and restocking.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or deleted without incurring a handling fee of €40.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
- You’ll receive an initial email confirming your order is paid and being prepared.
- You’ll then receive a thank-you email.
- Lastly, you’ll get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If you can’t find the tracking email, check your junk or spam folder. If you still don’t have it or if there are no tracking updates, please contact us at info@elleryart.com with your name or the email you used, and we’ll assist you.
UNSUCCESSFUL DELIVERY ATTEMPT?
If there’s a failed delivery attempt or you’ve been notified that your package couldn’t be delivered, please email us at info@elleryart.com with your tracking number, and we’ll help you sort it out.
LOCAL TAXES
No customs or local taxes apply for orders to the EU, Norway, or Australia. However, local charges (such as sales tax or customs duty) may apply if you are outside these regions, depending on your local laws. These charges are at the customer’s expense.
